Ali and his friend Gaga are the best hosts I met in my life so far. Ali responds quickly and politely, always wants to improve the experience of guests by keeping apartment clean, having everything repaired at once and bringing new perks like new coffee cups and capsules and other house equipment. Ali gives hints about good places in Tbilisi, suggests to use his Netflix and PlayStation subscriptions and overall ready to help with anything, for example he suggested to print out the pages when we needed to print something or when I had a small issue with the heating system Gaga came in 15 minutes and fixed it. The apartment has magnificent view on river and mountains and has smart design in different aspects, you will be pleasantly surprised a lot of times during your stay here. It is comfortable to live and work here remotely. As a bonus once a month the full cleaning of the apartment is done for free. I would definitely book apartments of this host next time too!

Ali's place is the best place I've been in all the places I've visited around the world! It is the perfect place and has everything you could ever need! It has a lot of space, is very clean, very comfortable bed, very big TV, fast internet and Wi-Fi, has AC in both rooms and heating, has every single amenity you can think of! there is a big store right outside the front door with all groceries you need and food places as well. the metro is just a couple minutes walk and is a very easy walk. The list goes on and on with what this place has to offer!! this is already my second time staying here because there's no other place I'd rather stay! Ali is the owner and he is one of the best people you will ever meet! I've known him for quite a while now and just like the apartment, he is the best! there's no host that's better and more caring than Ali! he will make sure all your needs are met in a fast manner and he truly cares! I consider him a true friend! All of what I stated above is why I will stay here any time I can, because it's the best place you can be, with the best host you can have! I'm sure I've missed something, but I'm sure you get the point.

We have stayed here for 3 months and would like to stand more if we could! Very modern apartment with everything that you need for long stay. Amazing view! Big TV! Comfortable bed and sofa! There are 2 air conditions, which was very needed. The location is good, big CareFour is 2 min from the house, the metro is 5-7 min walking. The host is very nice. Really recommend this flat to everyone 🤗

Alles, was Sie in einem Haus brauchen, ist da. Ich würde auf jeden Fall empfehlen, dieses Haus zu mieten.

The best host that I have ever had! He is always in touch and responds quickly. The flat on 21 floor with a stunning view, everything looking exactly like in pictures. It's a good place for long or short staying! Carrefour is right next to the building. Metro station is just 5 min walking from flat. Definitely recomended!
