I truly enjoyed our stay with my family. The location and the scenery was perfect. We had some small minor issues that were taking care of immediately. I would truly recommend this location to my friends and family.

We enjoyed our stay. The sunrises were absolutely beautiful. The master bedroom stayed very cold, and you could hear the wind whistling through the door. The kitchen wasn’t stocked great for cooking pans and utensils. And only 3 kitchen towels were provided. Just as fyi…only ONE bedroom has a TV. The master on the top level doesn’t even have a TV. Other than these few things we really enjoyed our stay. Lovely, quiet and secluded area. Our hosts were great to communicate with.

This was a trip to remember! The house was big and spacious! Our kids absolutely loved the theatre and the adults loved the game room! Will absolutely be staying here the next time we come to Corolla! Thank you Dan for being a great host!

This house is great, especially if you are looking for a handicapped senior that can’t go on the beach, but be able to see it up close and from all angles. The elevator was perfect for our needs. The place was super clean except the floors were slippery on all levels (assuming due to sand). The decks and furniture were a bit dirty when we arrived but a heavy rain a few days later cleaned them up. The umbrellas and Chairs could use a refresh. Since they are kept outside they are exposed to the weather elements which means rust and bugs and some nonfunctional. I’d suggest keeping them inside somewhere. Please don’t let any of this deter you from booking this place. It is in an absolutely beautiful private neighborhood with everything you need to have a relaxed and safe vacation. Dan and his team were great hosts. One last thing to mention, the outdoor shower is beyond wonderful. In the past they have been small. This had plenty room including a dressing area!A++++ all around!

We had an amazing stay here!! The view is GORGEOUS. The easy and accessible walk to the beach was worth it! We loved waking up and watching the sunrise from the patio. The kids loved playing in the sand and how easy it was to get down to the water. It was very clean and well stocked in the kitchen! We had to book this place last minute and they worked with us and helped us get in there asap! They were so kind, helpful and responsive!
