The apartment is overlooking the entire bay. It has a spacious terrace with awning, furnished with a table and 6 chairs to enjoy the views and relaxed alfresco meals. Drac 4 has two double bedrooms, each one with an own bathroom, and a living-dining room with fully fitted open plan kitchen with ceramic glass cooktop, electric oven, microwave and fridge/freezer. It is completely furnished and equipped with Sat-Tv and internet. <br>The timer for starting up the air conditioning is coin operated.<br>A cot and high chair are provided on request. Bed linen and towels are of course available. It is about 3.5 km to Santanyí, where there are numerous shops, restaurants, bars and large supermarkets and a popular weekly market.<br><br>The tourist tax is not included in the price and has to be paid separately.<br>

Wunderschöne Wohnung, top gelegen. Der Weg zur Wohnung ist gut beschriftet. Wohnung war sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Toll ausgestattet, so dass wir auch kochen und essen konnten.
Tolles Apartment mit schönem Balkon und wunderbarem Blick auf die Cala Santanyì. Sehr helles Wohnzimmer, zwei praktische Bäder und die perfekte Lage direkt oberhalb der Klippe. Einzig die Matratzen könnten etwas bequemer sein, ansonsten war alles super!
Absolut traumhafte Lage. 20 Schritte bis ans Wasser. In der Wintersaison absolut klares Wasser und einen leeren Strand. Der Denner und die Restaurants haben zwar im Winter geschlossen aber in 10 Minuten Autofahrt erreicht man viele Läden und Restaurants in Santanyi. Die Fester sind nur Einfach-Glas und die Wohnung kühlt daher schnell aus, wenn die Heizung aus ist aber mit den 3 Klimaanlagen bekommt man es schnell angenehm warm. Hat alles, was man braucht! ☺️
Fantastic place right overlooking the stunning beach. Close enough to walk from the beach to grab a cold drink from the fridge. Lovely terrace to sit in the cooler evenings.
Everything went fine. I think it is worth while to mention that the air con came in very handy as it was really hot when we were there. Only one bedroom has an air con inside. The other 2 bedrooms are without air con nor fan. I would say, fan would have been much helpful in summer. We had the air con in the corridor on and the air con in the living room on. With 3 air cons running approximately 9 hours, it was an economical euro0.70 per hour. The beds were a bit soft to our liking. Everything else was very comfortable and in good working conditions. Ps: the restaurant downstairs can be a bit noisy depending on luck, I guess. Good food , good drinks and friendly staff though.
