Enjoy a comfortable experience at this convenient, centrally-located flatlet, whether you're here for work or pleasure. Comfortable bedroom with a queen-sized bed, self catering kitchenette and ensuite bathroom. Safe parking for a smallish car behind an automatic gate. Quick and easy access to shopping centres, highways restaurants, UCT and the Red Cross Childrens’ Hospital. We look forward to ensuring you have a great stay in Cape Town. Our flatlet is a recently renovated open planned unit with an adjoining bathroom. There’s a comfortable queen size bed, small table with chairs, and a kitchenette with kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, two plate stove and microwave. Cosy in winter (electric blanket) and cool in summer (ceiling fan).

Lyn was an amazing host! 10/10 recommend!
I really enjoyed my stay at Lyn’s place; the place is just as pretty as the pictures and she’s a really friendly host. Always willing to be of assistance. I struggled a little sleeping with the dogs sometimes barking in the wee hours of the morning but other than that, I enjoyed my stay.
Lyn was a super host, for the 3 months I was here she was super friendly and accommodating 24/7, the flat is beautiful with a very comfy bed and I highly recommend this stay to anyone travelling to Cape Town!
Lyn’s place was perfect for us. We needed nothing more. It is safe and cosy with a good quality bed and nice clean linen. We will stay here again next year when we go the Cape Town for sport.
It was a pleasant stay. I wasn't bothered at all. Perfect for work stay.
