Ron and Ann have put so much love and thought not only into the B&B but too the property! It literally felt, as the gate swung open, that you were driving into a resort! Their landscaping is beautiful and so welcoming. The colors of. the flowers and plants are vibrant. Our accommodations were perfect with a well laid out home, attention to detail, wonderful water pressure in the showers and beautiful fixtures, a well equipped kitchen, comfy beds and soft linens, plenty of towels, ceiling fans in every room and AC!!!! I could go on and ones they thought of everything! We were greeted with some delicious scones and we were blessed with a tour of their property. They are wonderful hosts and we enjoyed our stay very much! We even added an extra day! We would love to stay with them again!

Ron greeted us right away and made us feel most welcomed. Check-in was quick and easy. Very conveniently located near freeway, with easy access to different local destinations. Grounds are lovely and guest house was private and separate from main home. We loved the deck off the back, which has spectacular sunset views. Interior was spacious and cozy. Floorplan was great, with lots of windows for views and natural light. An added bonus was the covered carport for both rain and shade, made packing the car while it was raining so much easier. It is obvious that Ron and Ann put much effort into maintaining this property. They are wonderful hosts. We have stayed at many places in La Mesa and find this property to be among the best. Would definitely stay here again.

My husband who is a semi-invalid and receives radiation said it best: “If we can’t be in our own home, this is perfect.” We had to quickly leave our home due to a burst water pipe and we had to find the perfect place and we did: Only 6 miles from our home with 2 bedrooms/2 baths nestled up in the hills with lush greenery everywhere! We loved the peace and quiet! Ron greeted us upon arrival and made us feel at home. We ended up spending 44 nights and during that time, we were shown why Ann and Ron are Super Hosts!

Ron and Ann were outstanding hosts. They went over and beyond what we have become accustomed to as our hosts. We appreciated the the extras that they provided outside of the rental agreement. And did I mention, the house was outstanding, clean and contained all of the comforts of home. We travel often, and we both agree that this was definitely the best experience we have had with an Airbnb.
