This is the second time we have been to Tim & Joanne’s fabulous property for a week’s stay in Jersey and, if anything, it is even more fantastic! Clean, bright and modern throughout, the rooms are big and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to make life as easy as possible - dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker etc etc as well as crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils etc and a wonderful big wooden dining table & chairs which comfortably seats 6 people! As was the case last year, Joanne thoughtfully left a bundle of towels for each person on the beds and baskets of full size toiletries in the bathrooms. What a bonus not to have to carry shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, toothpaste etc! Basic groceries (tea, coffee, milk etc) are left for your use on arrival too! I honestly cannot recommend this lovely house highly enough and any time we are planning to return to Jersey we will, without any doubt whatsoever, be looking to see if Badger’s Sett is available!

This lovely house is just as described but the special touches that Tim adds makes it so much better. Toiletries in the bathroom, tea coffee and milk for a stress free arrival. The tech in the house is great and my grand daughter loved her own TV (all bedrooms have a TV), she also found the light had a colour effect. Tim got the BBQ out and set up with garden chairs for our 1st night on holiday. My only feedback for the host would be mirrors in the bedrooms would be handy and I guess coasters for the table to save any coffee cup marks. Other than this tiny detail everything else was fantastic.

Excellent accommodation; spotlessly clean and tidy. Tim is a great host, very quick to respond and helpful with queries. The house is in a convenient location and in a very quiet neighbourhood. Our children were thrilled with the amount of tech/entertainment in the house. Will look to stay there again if we return to Jersey.

Tim est très reactif aux messages et a été très adaptable pour les horaires. Le logement était très agréable et fidèle à la description. literie très confortable je recommande ce logement !
