Gute und günstige Gelegenheit für einen Aufenthalt in DK. Dem Preis entsprechend in der Ausstattung. In der Nähe befindet sich ein wirklich toller Spielplatz und eine kleiner Laden.

The description of the conditions was rather misleading in my opinion. A lot of extra rules occured that were super easy to miss in the description/condition paragraph since different rules were written in different languages. English & italian.. So I did miss the italian part where it said that extra money for water and electricity had to be paid. Furthermore it was tiring getting to the company's page everytime to look up all the very specific rules and organizational matters. The key had to be collected in an office that was 20 minutes away from your place (by car), the rules of cleaning are very specific or a high cleaning fee will be charged. I would recommend the company actually, because they tell you the rules clearly I think, but found this airbnb offer not fair. Besides this, the place was very nice. Take note there is no double bed in the house. The backyard is very nice, you do hear the playground trampoline a bit. The electric grill is great. Besides this basic, good equipment.
