Вся кухонная мебель очень старая, кровать была сломана и нам ее заменили спустя 10 дней, причем в ней жили муравьи. Сам комплекс хороший, хозяйка отзывчивая, обновить бы кухню и было бы хорошо

This house is GOOD. Really, it's very cozy, quite and clean, pool is amazing, and really cool people live around. I'll just mention a couple quirks that are not mentioned here, for your information. 1) The place is surrounded by other town houses, keep it in mind. Like "window-to-window". There's little to no view, and you won't be able to even leave your bathroom naked without closing the curtains. 2) Lukia is very helpful, however she's helpful with the stuff _she_ likes to help you with, and often not the things you actually need. She often emphasizes she's actually a diving instructor, not the hotel host, and there are things beyond her reach. While there certainly are, it doesn't help at all. We, for instance, lived for a month with a broken bed in one bedroom, with the mattress sinking in. Lukia ordered a new bed, but she wanted us to drag it to the second floor ourselves, because her staff was out for holidays. The bed never came during our stay. Always communicate via Airbnb

Хорошее жилье в неплохом месте. До деревни Фишерман, где хороший пляж около 1,5 километров. Пляж, который рядом не очень хороший, потому что там мелководье, а также неприятная глина под ногами. На фишермане такого нет, точнее есть, но на глубине, где ногами уже не касаешься. Дом оборудован всем, чем нужно - вся кухонная техника новая и качественная. Единственный минус - протекают окна на втором этаже, но хозяйка даже во время нашего пребывания пыталась решить вопрос, поэтому, думаю, все стало норм. Для Самуи цена за жилье, конечно, слегка высока, но это мы поняли уже только к концу отдыха. Но несмотря на это, все равно очень довольны и домом, и хозяйкой и всем. До Чавенга, где находится единственный торговый центр острова, ехать примерно 15 минут. В целом, все понравилось. Спасибо, Лукиа, надеюсь, мы еще увидимся :)

Airbnb grand Et agréable dans une bonne résidence, bien que peu de stands pour manger rapidement aux alentours. Cependant l’hôte a oublié notre rendez-vous d’entrée et son réveil n’a pas sonné pour notre rendez vous de sortie, prévoyez du temps de marge en sécurité.
