Super bien placé, dommage pour les quelques problèmes de finitions dans l’appartement

This place was inexpensive in comparison to the convenient location and decent apartment. The issue is that from Thursday to Sunday there is a nightclub & several bars that face all the windows for unit 01 in this building and that causes an insane level of noise until 2:30am. I ran a decibel meter at 2am and it was 80 (!) decibels from *inside* the bedroom. I’ve spent the past 25 years living in Manhattan in New York City and Hollywood in Los Angeles and I have never experienced something like this. So if you are going to be out all night then it could be fine for you but if you want to sleep before 2:30am Thursday- Sun, then you will not be able to do so here. If you stay in a different unit maybe it’s not as bad but in unit 01 it was louder than anything I have ever experienced until 2:30am.

Really great place - clean, nice and next to the beach. Host even let us for late check-out. Very recommended accomodation!

Proche de la mer, tres propre et bon prix mais attention au sommeil léger, les boites de nuit en face et sur les côtes risquent de vous réveiller
