I wouldn´t recommend this accommodation. Wifi didn't work at all in the room and we couldn´t find any connection in whole building. I texted the hoster with the issue and she replied late and without any solution. The location is not very convenient if you are visiting Manila for holidays. Also, the amenities of the kitchen were very poor, didn´t have any cutlery at tall. No extra toilet paper and we were asked to clean the room at the check out when we paid a cleaning fee.. quite disappointed in general.

The Acqua Residence is a beautiful place. The property itself is an oasis inside of the big city of Manila. The amenities are amazing with Gym, pool, basketball court and onsite restaurants. The apartment is clean and comfortable. I would just be aware that nothing it very close to walk to and getting transportation to the property outside of concierge times can be a bit difficult.

PROS ✔️ Good ambiance especially the balcony view. ✔️ The room feels more than a home since the facilities are advance and delicate. My money is really worth in here. ✔️ Cleanliness is highly appreciated ✔️ Responsiveness of the Host is really commendable. ✔️ Kindness of the staffs and securities especially in the pool area is really heart popping and accommodating. PLEASE NOTE that the swimming pool in 53th floor is only open during Tuesday to Sunday from 8 to 6pm ONLY. CONS ❌ We had a trouble opening the self check in door, fortunately the host is very responsive a s/he bought us there helper fo help us. ❌ We waited several minutes in the reception area just to wait for the verification and that was brought hassle for us. ❌ Some things inside the foom is not well functional but it still can work with it. You just have to deal with the trouble in using those things. ❌ Hoping next time to have a complete kitchen utensils for a hassle-free living. ❌ Early checking out. For me it's kinda bitin to check out early. Luckily, we both have a work that day that's why we didn't thought more about it na. AGAIN, THANK YOU MITZI FOR TRUSTING US RENTING YOUR SUPERVE ROOM EVEN IF IN JUST 1 NIGHT.

Ang ganda ng unit. Lalo na yung view sa may balcony. Worth it 🥰
