Overall it’s what you pay for. It’s very cheap about 75 bucks a night so it’s reasonable to be small and has no elevators. No biggie. But the first thing I noticed is the smell of people staying there without the window open. Then when I got in my bed I noticed that the sheet and the duvet also smell like someone had been sleeping in it! I was horrified and messaged the host immediately but the response was “ please rest assured that we keep the room clean”. But the sheets are clearly not changed. After a few days staying there, I noticed that every time I turn the heater on my nose become itchy and I started to sneeze. The symptoms lessened after I turned off the heater and opened the window. It’s not that bad since I live in Canada but it’s still mid of winter here :/ I think it’s cheap and it’s otherwise conveniently located to people who are leaving for the airport. The host was kind enough to allow an early in (1pm) but I don’t recommend to people who care about hygiene.

清掃がきちんとされており、トイレットペーパーや、歯ブラシセットなど、追加でいただくこともできました。 入室した際に、洗面所の排水溝がしっかり清掃されているのが印象的でした。

Great apartment to get when you are about to head back to Haneda-Airport the next day Check In was easy, communication was good, and the apartment was very clean, bed was very comfortable
