The pool is not heated, but this can be booked in advance at the tenant's expense by contacting the owner well in advance of arrival. The house is spread over two levels and has room for 10 people. The holiday house is located in the Øyna cottage area on a small hill overlooking Tromøysundet. The first floor has a living room with an open kitchen and dining area. Exit to a beautiful garden with a lawn, as well as a stone-paved terrace. The pool area is shielded from the neighbor with a hedge and living wall. There is also a small cubicle in the house for changing facilities and a rough cleaning sink for cleaning fish etc. Further on the ground floor there is an entrance hall, laundry room, bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as a bedroom with a double bed.
