Unfortunately, renting a summer house in Ankarsum (Sweden) via Dancenter has been very disappointing. Since this is not our first bad experience with Dancenter and we now also got to hear other unacceptable stories that friends had with Dancenter in the past, we decided to never use Dancenter services again. The owners of the house, which lived just next door, were kind and friendly. But the description and pictures of the summer house were wrong and misleading, respectively. Overall, the communication with Dancenter was difficult and frustrating and we got many standard responses which very not really addressing our issues. I.e., other than stated, there was no WIFI. When addressing Dancenter with this mistake, it appeared as they couldn’t care less. Checking the advertisement now two weeks later, it still says that there would be WIFI. It was also written that final cleaning could be bought. We wrote to Dancenter beforehand to order the final cleaning, but just got a response three hours before arrival that cleaning couldn’t be bought any longer.
