This place right at the Mediterranean sea is perfect for traveling with kids. If it is too windy at sea you can use the great pool and the large garden area. Francesca and her team were very helpful and we had fresh food from their own production several times during our stay. We would love to come again if our vacation plans in the future bring us close to this area.
The perfect country experience, the facility is fabulous, spacious very well kept. Can not wait for the opportunity to go back
Awesome, cozy, quiet place! The people are so kind and helpful as well as Francesca. She was very concerned about how stay was. This place is about 35 minutes away from Venice. It was perfect for us because of its country area and quietness, since Venice is a very busy city. This place always has a nice private beach, pool, activities, bike rentals. We had an amazing time here. I will never forget this place, italy, and Francesca. thanks Francesca! :) hopefully we meet again! :) o and sorry about the Dryer. :-D lol
The apartment we rented in Eraclea Mare is part of an agro-tourism resort. The property and amenities were wonderful: clean, well appointed, modern facilities, with lots of attention to details. The beach was just a few meters from the apartment and private with its own chairs and umbrellas. The pool was out of this world. The restaurant was fabulous and served only foods grown on the property: fresh, tasty, original. The people, from the owner Francesca to the director and wait and cleaning staff, were all charming and very attentive. The whole experience contributed to a "you're very special feel." You do have to note that this location is 40mn from Venice by car. If you're looking for a relaxing and quiet stay, away from the hustle and bustle, this is the location for you. There are villages close by (5-10mns by car) for night outings, which worked just fine for us. The apartment was a bit tight for five grown ups (requiring three separate sleeping quarters). This would work better for four grown ups. That being said, I would recommend staying there.
