Zoe has thought of everything for this cosy hide-away. V comfortable, and with excellent info about local amenities including decent walking maps of the area and view down to the sea. A lovely place to stay if you wish to explore the dramatic coastal scenery including the old tin mines and hidden beaches and the ancient stone circle on the moor behind, and hang out in St Just & Bottalack's lovely pubs and cafes. It even has a sweet secluded garden for that morning cup of tea.
Lovely area, close to bus routes, walking distance to south coast path, nice pub in walking distance. Beautiful garden and able to park car right outside. Accommodation had everything we needed.
We had a lovely 3 night stay. So comfortable and well equipped. Zoe is the perfect host - there if need her, otherwise gives you your privacy. I was our 2nd stay, and I'm sure we'll be back for a third!
The Piggery was the perfect place to stay for us. There is lots to do nearby and some good places to eat. Zoe was amazing and gives you recommendations of visits, restaurants, takeaways and everything else you will need. Zoe was friendly and helpful and The Piggery itself was clean, cosy and makes you feel like you don’t want to leave. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others - we would definitely stay again :)
We had a wonderful 5 days at The Piggery. The accommodation is stylish and Zoe’s attention to detail is faultless. There was a delicious cream tea awaiting us, fresh milk in the fridge and all the basics you need to get going. The kitchen was really well equipped and the shower and bathroom spot on. Everything was perfect. The area is wild and beautiful - a real escape and with so many things to do all within half an hours drive if you’re after real Cornish towns. St Just is an authentic town not yet gentrified by too many holiday lets and tourists, as is Newlyn. The Minack is a must also plus we had a day trip to the Scillies which is worth every penny. We also walked from the house to Botallack, joining the coast path. Basically there is so much to see and do in the area. Zoe was a great host. Really friendly and brilliant at communicating. Couldn’t ask for more - thank you Zoe - we had an amazing time!
