Below are a list of things that need to be improved: 1. There were totally no instructions on checking in 2. The time listed to check in on AirBnB was 12pm, but when we arrived, we were told to come back again after 3pm. 3. The location is wrongly setup in AirBnb, had a lot of troubles locating it. 4. It is listed to host for 10 people, but only 4 queen bed available. I assumed that there will be two floor mattress prepared but sadly there were none. We had to sleep on the sofa (very nice sofa but totally not suitable for sleeping, had a sore neck after) 5. The house must've been vacant for long, the grass were so tall and there were so many mosquitoes and flies all around the house. 6. The interior cleanliness was merely acceptable at best. 7. The queen bed at the ground floor were as hard as wood, I personally prefer harder bed but that was literally wood. and many more. I am an easygoing person. always left good reviews and this time I don't even have enough word count to complai

I think the host should not stated kitchen as there’s no kitchen in this house. And the communication from the host also not quite good. I think the host can be more friendly when guest asking question. The location pinned also not same with the real homestay location. Im really upset with no kitchen to cook as stated and on top of that there’s no towel, no bath soap, no kitchen essentials at all. But the house itself was really satisfying.
