Nice cottage near the center of Laren. Accommodate 5 persons. Only 20 minutes from Amsterdam and Utrecht by train and bus. Laren is known for his cultural history and nice surroundings. We have two cats who will be in and around the house and are very easy going and friendly. The ground floor cosy, open-plan, living/dining/kitchen area and 3 bedrooms upstairs( 2double, 1 children's) make this house a perfect family accommodation. The fully equipped kitchen contains a large 5-burner stove, oven, micro-wave, fridge, coffeemaker( nespresso), quooker and all other necessaries to cook. The open fire will guaranty cosy and warm winter nights. Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms and 1 childsbedroom( 1 single). The walk in ensuite bathroom contains a separate bath, toilet and shower. The closed garden provides a nice outside dining/lounge area with Bbq and open fire place. The whole house was modernized and redecorated in 2017. Laren is located in the centre of Holland, also called the garden of Amsterdam.
