This 2 bedroom apt is a perfect stay for a family of 4. Ample rooms with a cozy feel makes you feel right at home. Comfy beds and updated appliances. Marianne is great!

My friends and I had such a wonderful stay at Marianne’s place! It was so cute, clean and an easy walk into the main area where all the shops and restaurants are. Also Marianne was incredibly helpful communicating with us before our stay, giving plenty of local recommendations. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend!

Great weekend stay at Marianne’s place for a return to UNH homecoming weekend! The place looked just like the pictures, was very clean and accommodating, and Marianne was a great host. She was very quickly responsive and even let us have a late check out!

This place was cute and clean and just right for a sisters visit to Portsmouth. Seriously the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. While the neighborhood is nice, there was a bit of road noise (from the highway probably) so if you're like me, you might want to bring earplugs. We also used a sleep mask for the lights outside. We appreciated the little touches, like good toilet paper, fresh flowers, nice towels in the bathroom. The water pressure was great. It's not far from Portsmouth, walkable, though we drove into town. The house was easy to get to, and Marianne was great in recommending places (The Beach Plum for the best lobster roll!). The only drawback for us was that we'd planned to have my aunt in for breakfast (she lives about 20 minutes away and was meeting my sister for the first time--adoptee found!) but there's a strict no unregistered guests on the property rule. There wasn't mandated things you had to do upon checkout, just suggestions. A nice stay overall!
