We had a great stay at Katherine's place! The apartment is clean and cozy (I think even a little bigger than what the pictures suggest), everything is provided and arranged in a way that clearly shows a lot of thought put into it, from the kitchenware to extra sheets and toiletries. Katherine was also super helpful, always offering to help (e.g. we had bikes and she even offered to ask maintenance to install a rack or something to lock our bikes onto outside). The place is around a 6 min bike to the Santa Clara Caltrain station and the university, just a minute further to Safeway, walkable to a farmers market on Saturdays. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. We stayed for over a month. Would highly recommend!

This is an upstairs unit and have to carry luggage through stairs which was a bit issues. The place is quiet neighborhood but it is hot in the evening and cold in the morning. The wall heater should have thermostat to turn on instead of had to turn on the knob inside furnace which was dangerous. There were a few ants inside the bathroom. Laundry is coin operated and you will need to go outside to get quarters. The blankets we're stink but we brought our own. There was coffee but don't expect to have coffee mate. You got to buy your own. I was unable to sit on the sofas because I got bites.
