30a Escapes did a very good job with communication. The place was ideally located close to the beach. The house was well equipped with beach supplies and bikes. The layout of the house was great and the beds were comfortable. The alarm when entering/exiting the back door was very annoying. Apparently it is for child safety but it is very jarring. We had a few issues with cleanliness, but 30a Escapes was very responsive in taking care of the issues we had.

The property overall is nice and the management company was responsive. Pros: The house is relatively new and has a great layout. The management company was very responsive and easy to communicate with. 4 bikes included. Large pool with solar ledge for smaller kids. We were able to check in early. Cons: The house was in need of a deep clean (some showers, baseboards, walls and light switches were dirty). The coverlet on the bunkbeds was so gross, but all the sheets and other beds were really clean. I didn't tell the management company to come clean since we didn't want a cleaning crew in the house (because Covid), but we did ask them to send someone to clean the moldy pool chairs which they did promptly. Little privacy in the pool area. The first few days we were there the house next door had a large girls trip there and when they were in the pool there was 0 privacy in our backyard. The beach access is close but you have to go down a huge flight of stairs. It seems like all the beach access points in this area are like that though but just something to keep in mind. Check-out was 9am which they moved till 10 after a few phone calls. 10am is fine but 9 seems a little early.

Great place - interiors were so nice, great beds, all of us slept well! The pool area was really lush, calming & private. We would definitely stay there on our next trip!

The pics do NOT do it justice. The pool area and outdoor space is AMAZING. The open concept living/kitchen just made it so easy and comfortable for our family. We will come back again and again. Beach access it very close- walking distance. Just a quick bike ride from the fabulous aly’s beach. And easy access to the highway and about an 8 minute drive to Publix. The location was perfect. The garage was equipped with eveyrhing we needed. Bikes, pool floats, beach chairs. There were even baby gates and high chairs in the utility closet for our little one. It had everything you needed to have a relaxing stay. We brought our 2 poodles with us and it was easy and safe for them to go out and potty/ go on walks. Safe little quiet street.
