One of the best Airbnb experience ever! The apartment was spacious and veeery clean, and Mario was super helpful in orienting us with local info. My kid loved the cat. The pizzeria he recommended was the best one ever. We'll definitely come back to Malta and ask Mario to have us stay.

Lawrence is welcoming but respectful of his guests. I met him a number of times during my stay, we had a brief chat and he seemed pleasant. The location is perfect for exploring Sliema, mere minutes walk to the ferry and bus connections and shopping area with plenty of restaurant options. The little cat is very timid, however did squeal from time to time late at night which was a little distracting the first time. Guests are free to use the kitchen and living area however I preferred to keep to myself. The room itself is good, comfortable bed/pillows. While the bathroom is shared with the owner it wasn't an issue for me. Good option for solo travellers.
