The Marcopolo’s residence is situated by the seaside of Finale di Pollina. It offers 7 newly renovated apartments of different sizes which can host from 2 to 7 people. All the apartments overlook the sea, the Thyrrenian coast and Aeolian islands. The apartments are available during the entire year. They can be rented out both for short/long periods during the summer and for long periods in the winter. There is also the possibility to rent them out for the entire year. Each apartment includes tv, air conditioning, heating, washing machine and dish washer. Marcopolo is ideal for an economically convenient and relaxing vacation. However, it also offers the possibility to quickly reach the most popular places in the Madonie. For the sea’s lovers, only by driving a few km, it is possible to reach Cefalù, Marina di Tusa and Santo Stefano di Camastra. On the other hand, for the countryside and mountains’ lovers it is also possible to quickly reach Pollina, Castelbuono, Castel di Tusa and San Mauro Castelverde. Finale di Pollina is a small coastal village situated below the town of Pollina that is the municipality to which it belongs. The village is inhabited the entire year and, in this way, it is possible to find a supermarket, a grocery shop, a greengrocer, a bakery, a butcher, a pizzeria, different restaurants and several bars. During the summer time the population increases considerably because of the 3 beaches that fit every need. In particular, for the people who want to relax and for the adventurous ones “La Torre” beach would fit the most. "Costa Turchina" beach is ideal for families and, finally, “Valtur” beach characterized for its length, the black sand and the proximity to the Valtur’s club. The attic flat includes a big living room with open kitchen, one bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a big terrace ideal for afternoon relax, reading, cocktails and, if requested, barbecue. It is ideal for 2 but it can hosts 4 guests at a time, 2 sleeping in single beds in the living room.
