Check-in was seamless, and Josh gave us the slightly larger property, as it was not let, which was a nice touch. The cottages are modern and very well equipped, alongside being warm and cosy. The cottages are very well located for costal walks and exploring, alongside being tranquil. We'd definitely go back.

Great place missing a few little touches on arrival like tea/coffee and soap for hands etc and the mattresses aren’t the best a couple of little things that could have made a big difference to an otherwise great place to stay

Arrived to realise the cottage we had booked was being occupied by another party. No communication from Josh to advise, apologise or rectify this. We were told by his grandmother who luckily saw us looking around wondering what to do, to use the cottage next door and advised it was the 'best' of the 4 and was ready for us so didn't mind to begin with. Then realised we were missing quite a few of the expected things such as bath and hand towels, toilet paper, kitchen towel, handwash. So messaged Josh to request these and also instructions on how to work the heating. The next day a lady delivered all requested. Still no response to how the heating worked but by then we had figured out it was on a timer. On the surface the place looked clean however there was alot of animal hair gathered in corners as it's hard flooring, cobwebs and no bathroom cleaning products. Unfortunately the beds were the worst, extremely uncomfortable with springs visible. The location is great and very quiet
