Giovanni was an amazing host. We felt so welcome and he kindly helped arrange a taxi for a very early departure for the airport. The apartment is simply gorgeous and the perfect retreat while exploring Palermo. I will certainly be back! Thank you for such a lovely stay!

A very spacious 2 bedroom apartment. Full of historic character and mid century furnishings. Excellent location in the heart of Palermo, but very quiet, so you can sleep well, and shutters make the bedrooms nice and dark. Very well equipped, with all that you need. Very large outside terrace for you to enjoy.

Giovanni’s beautiful apartment is located right in the heart of Palermo within easy walking distance of the major sights as well as plenty of good restaurants right in front of the door.

Spent a great 6 nights in Palermo with our grown up daughters. Excellent location just off via Roma which always felt safe. Good base for visiting the historic centre, restaurants, bars etc and 10-15 min walk to the central train station. The main square outside the apartment can be pretty busy at weekends but once inside our own internal square (with magnificent fig tree) it was peaceful. Giovanni a great host. His English is on a par with my Italian but very adept with Google Translate so no communication issues. Also very quick to respond to any queries. Minor quibble - not much in the way of crockery and cutlery and no dishtowel for drying dishes but aside from morning coffee we ate out most of the time. Roof beams are low - We are all well under 6ft tall - tall persons beware! Lovely outside space which gets the sun all day. NIce to sit out for a pre dinner beer/wine. Highly recommend.
