Right after check in,lots of problems.All bedding was stained and had awful smell.Dirty pots were unusable,lights problems in each room,TV remote control no work.Heating temp was set too low, we lived in 69F for a week.Every time taking a shower,drain was clogged(we bought DRANO GEL,battery,bulb),stove fan didn't work,and(way too)only hot water in master bedroom's faucet.Too many ants,carpet and couch are full of dog hair,stains and dust.Heater filter and vacuum are full of heavy dust.After some time, some were solved by a handyman, but the host can't be contacted for more than 4day and she didn't keep her promise.I think everything should be prepared before my stay but did not.I was so exhausted,asked Airbnb for help.Then she sent me a private message and she scared me.Even she charged me for repairs we didn't do.Fortunately, we had a video when we check-in and out.If you want good memory of Irvine,def.THIS IS NOT A PLACE. If you ask Airbnb for a review of your complaint, you beware!

깨끗하고 안전한 동네에 있다. 고속도로와도 가까워 이동이 매우편리했다. coco는 신속하게 연락이 되었고 즉시 해결해주었다. 모든것이 좋았다. 꼭 다시 머무르고싶다. 강력추천

This was exactly what we were expecting based on the information provided. In a quite dead end road so no through traffic. About 1 mile from supermarket. Great running trails. Swimming pool just in the next block. Host is super responsive. Great stay all in all.

We enjoyed our month-long stay at this convenient, centrally located home in a quiet and safe community with access to parks, walking and biking trails. The home sufficiently accommodated our family of 7. We found that the mattresses were quite firm and we ended up purchasing mattress toppers for our comfort. Major appliances were in good operating condition. The kitchen could benefit with additional kitchenware as we found them lacking in some basics such as plates, drink ware, measuring cups/spoons, etc. The owner was very quick to respond to all concerns and inquiries and check-in/check out process was seamless. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
