Richard's place was lovely and relatively clean (some dust and whatnot, but nothing off-putting). Check in was easy and flexible, the kitchen well stocked, space was HUGE and there were games and a cool DVD collection. only gripe is that there was a leak in the bedroom ceiling and we had to put a trash can under it. I messaged the host right away, but still haven't heard back He was really responsive before, so I'm guessing it was an honest mistake or he had an emergency elsewhere.
The place was larger than expected and in close proximity to everything we needed. Worked out great for us.

Convenient space and location. No bells and whistles, just a simple clean space with a reasonable price.
