Amazing place to stay!! I am a solo female traveller who stayed for 3 months (Feb to April). Jac and Ali were incredible hosts. They were very helpful answering all my questions and concerns even before I book the airB&B. The location is awesome if you enjoy the beach and being slightly outside of the busy part of the city but still close enough to walk or take the metro. The only two notes are if you come before March make sure to bring warmer clothes and slippers or thick socks (the floors are tile and get quite cold) and earplugs are Las Fallas and Semana Santa - it can be loud but the location allows you to feel very apart of these events. I could not speak more highly of my trip and stay here. Thank you to Jac and Ali for sharing this space in Valencia

J’ai passé un très bon été dans la petite maison. Elle est bien optimisé et très agréable à vivre, proche de la mer et du métro. Jac est très gentil et accueillant.

This is a fantastic location for the port, beach and incredible restaurants surrounding you. Casa Montana is a few doors down, as were other wonderful places. And the local theatre was a particular favourite. There are buses, trans and a metro linking you to the city centre. The market is a fabulous find for fresh food, ground coffee and local wines! The house is cooler inside than out and has a lot of space. The kitchen was brilliant! It has all you need, the hob is fast and the oven effective! The bedroom is cute and lots of storage under the bed as well as wardrobes upstairs and built in handing rail downstairs. Jac was great at being in contact. The best parts were the roof terrace (not for drinking wine on as the steps were very steep) but for an hour of winter sun most days. And the office space was huge with a lovely view of the exposed brick! Plus the built in speakers were are very nice touch!
