David’s place was incredibly comfortable, quiet, and accommodating. Checkin was an absolute breeze with David always communicating and the system he has set up. He allowed a late check out. He’s prompt with communication and kind asking what he can do to make your stay more comfortable. He is greatly appreciate, as well as his place.

David was a friendly and accommodating host. The place was actually a bit larger than expected, feels like a nice cozy home with actual decorations. The location was already great, very close to downtown San Mateo. I also really appreciated how pet friendly this stay was, we brought both our cat and dog and had no issue. Unfortunately, we did have one primary complaint which was the bed. It's not exactly as listed - looks different from the photo and is a full size bed rather than a queen. In addition, it was very, very squeaky and uncomfortable. Even just sitting on it or moving a little bit will cause it to creak. Although everything else was as expected and pretty good, the bed discomfort and noise was enough to make us cut our trip short a bit. David was very accommodating for us cutting our trip short, but I wish the listing was just a little more accurate or even just a small upgrade to the bed would have made our trip a lot more pleasant.

Very quiet place and conveniently located. Lots of space and super nice having a washer and dryer in the unit.

Gave me my own space, I stayed for 3 months on a travel contract, never had any issues. Great location, beautiful apartment. Owner is EXTREMELY respectful and accommodating! I will definitely book with him again.
