Matthew's apartment was as described, very comfortable and modern. The building was secure and the staff was very responsive. Our only issue was that other residents smoked heavily in other parts of the building, causing a strong smell to be trapped in the hallway's carpets; this caused respiratory issues with two of our residents who are asthmatic. We otherwise had a great stay.

Once we got past the difficulty of being able to get into the apartment, our stay was ok. The parking is non existent outside on the street as the road is super busy and no way to really pull over to unload luggage. Do not arrive during rush hour or you will circle the block numerous times like we did. Only place to park was on the other side of the train station so you can't see your car & parking is not free. Apt bldg front door does not latch so code wasn't needed most times. Entryway of building was dirty, holes in the walls, and smells of marijuana/bad odor throughout building. No Wifi instructions were given - we finally got a response the 2nd day. Blind slats were missing and fell down in the 2nd bedroom so couldn't fully close off windows which overlook the pub next door. Super noisy at night with loud music/patrons. Washer/Dryer was super slow and didn't work well. TV only in living room and didn't have great connection so gliched most of the time. Not worth the money for us.

Me and my family stayed for 10 days in the place and it was a home away from home! We were 6 people and the space was perfect to spend the long nights together, all what we need was available, not to mention that the overground station was just across the street making it easy to get to central london and even to the midlands easily!! The area was very quiet and friendly, I would recommend families to try this place, especially in winter time where the night is long and the family wants to share time watching TV or cooking together!

The apartment was in a great locaton close to the station. The decor of the property was nicely done and modern. However we were unsatisfied with the level of cleanliness especially as the cleaning fee was £100, more than any Air bnb any of us had ever stayed in before. Dusty floors, hairs found around the apartment, and spillages in the fridge. Overall a pleasant stay, however, cleanliness not up to the expected standard. If the cleaning fee was cheaper we wouldn't have minded!
