Great apartment to use as a base in Durham, we were visiting friends and booked this place as Seaham looked nice and was close to where they lived. The apartment is nice and modern and was very clean. Well equipped kitchen, spacious living area and comfortable bed. Parking right outside is free at certain times or free car park close. 5 min walk to the seafront and marina. Good price compared to others in Durham too. The only negative was that there is a bar below the apartment, which wasn't a problem on Saturday night but they had a live band on Sunday - could hear this quite loudly but the music stopped by 11pm so wasnt an issue at all for us. Would book again if in the area!

Accommodation was ideal as a base for the two of us, for a couple of nights. Shops in walking distance for kitchen basics/snacks etc. Less than 5 minutes from the beach. We will look to book again when we next visit.
