The apt was clean and the bathrooms are new and lovely. Living room furniture needs upgrade, you’ll sink a long way down. The bed linens should also be replaced, elastic loose and wouldn’t stay put. Kitchen well stocked ( need one chef’s knife please) A few electrical issues, outlet not functioning in bathroom and light on lanai burned out. Overall the view and access is very good, enjoyed the clean and lovely pool, and the upgrades happening live on the building will make it even better for the next renter.

This might have been my fault in booking and thinking we had access to the full player’s resort and spa. Access only to small workout room and outside pool and hottub at Greenlnks. No access to bikes. Unit smelled of prior smoking, but very clean. Nice touch with pool towels, treats and starter amenities and kitchen supplies. Bathrooms were very nice. We had problems with inconsistent internet access.

Very impressed with the condo, view and cleanliness. We loved our stay and Lely resort. The food at the Sam Snead restaurant was outstanding. Well furnished!

Condo was very spacious and attention to small details that ensure your stay is comfortable was throughout.Both bathrooms appeared to have just been redone... exceptional.The kitchen had every tool needed to cook a full dinner or to entertain a small group.The view out the back of condo/lanai was quite serene...overlooking a pond and then a golf course. Bedrooms were very spacious.Master could use a dresser for clothes, but there are end tables with drawers to utilize and a walk in closet. Although there was a small pool accessible, there was no access to main pools at Lely, which are spectacular and we expected to sit poolside with restaurant access.Lely is very strict with not allowing guests from Greenlinks into other areas, as they are all gated.The available pool was very crowded and very difficult to find a chair. Beaches were open-Red Tide not detected on these days-just small pool to accommodate all the condos. (Condo supplied beach chairs) Othewise, very nice stay.
