Gail is a very warm and inviting person. she welcomed us with open arms and made us feel at home. Her backyard was amazing and well maintained. Gail has had an interesting life and should probably make a great book. make time to chat with her!

Beautiful neighborhood and lovely house. Gail is a warm and welcoming host! The room is small but affordable and opens onto a massive yard backed by literal acres of hills and forest. One thing to note is that not all photos apply to the rental; there are multiple units in the house.

I had a fantastic stay at Gail's Airbnb. Gail is an exceptional host who excels in communication, both through iMessage and the app. The internet connection is impressively fast, boasting 80 Mbps down and 75 Mbps up. What sets this place apart is Gail's generosity; her kitchen is a treasure trove of delicious cookies. The spacious backyard offers plenty of room to unwind, and despite keeping the window open, the room remains remarkably quiet throughout the night. The shower delivers strong water pressure and hot water, ensuring a refreshing start to the day. One of the highlights of my stay was the convenient 20-minute walk to URI. Gail's warm and inviting nature extends to her willingness to engage in delightful conversations around the kitchen table. To top it off, when the temperature dropped, Gail's touch of throwing a log in the wood-burning stove created a cozy and welcoming ambiance that made my stay truly memorable.

Gail’s place was the perfect location for a visit to URI. She is a warm, friendly, and generous person that bent over backwards to make sure my stay was enjoyable. I would definitely stay there again.
