We have just spent the weekend at Greg's place as we were visiting our daughter who lives about 10 minutes away. Excellent communication from Greg, really helpful and courteous. The flat itself was clean with really comfy beds, large Smart TV, surround sound, excellent WiFi and great shower which all made for a hassle free comfortable stay. Close to various public transport options so was easy to get about and the balcony was a real bonus. Thanks so much for being an excellent host. All the best and have a lovely Christmas.

Gregory is an amazing host! He’s very responsive and made sure to answer all my questions. He checked on me multiple times to make sure everything is going well. He has all your necessities and more included! I would 10/10 recommend and stay here again.

Greg’s place is in a blue collar part of a great neighborhood, above a furniture store and next to a charming restaurant. It’s a charming place but falls short of “luxurious” “opulent” and doesn’t have unique access to the hot tub, sauna and pool as the listing mentioned.

This was a clean and comfortable place to stay for a reasonable price. I don't know that I would use the word luxury, although it did have high-end appliances and nice extras like lighting in the stairs. Beds were very comfortable and we loved sitting out on the porch to cool off in the evenings. The steps up to the apartment are quite steep and narrow, a little difficult to navigate with luggage but doable. There are also uneven ledges between the rooms and we tripped quite a bit going from room to room. It would have been really helpful to have a house manual so that we knew how to use appliances and how to navigate transportation in the area, restaurant suggestions etc. It states in the listing that there is one, but there wasn't. That being said, the owner was super responsive and helpful to any question that I had. Overall, for the price, I think this was a good place to stay. Walkable to the beautiful Hampstead Heath park area which was great.

Great flat, equipped with everything we needed. Clean, comfortable and the host is extremely accommodating and quick to respond.
