房间条件是比较干净和整洁的，房东也很好沟通和交流，会提供应时的帮助。

I stayed in this room for only 1 peraon. I like the room, it looks clean, simple and tidy (with modern materials). It is compact, same as the photos on airbnb (worth for this price). 1 luggage is fine to keep it open all the time if you want. But if you have to open 2 luggage together, you may have to use the space in bed and on the floor altogether. The size of the bed is just right for me (170 cm tall), which is good enough (but if you are taller, you may feel uncomfortable in bed). Wifi speed is slow (I think this is the first thing I suggest to improve). The shower room is also compact. The only problem for me is that I suggest to move the shower head near the mirror or somewhere far from the toilet, because I have to take a shower by spreading my legs between the toilet, and it is uncomfortable. The TV is good to have, it helped me to get updated news in Hong Kong (a little pity is that I can watch only 6 or 7 channels, which is so little choices to have. If the internet is fast, so I can watch other programs online instead.) Air Conditioner is fine. Check-In is easy (without having to meet the owner or anyone) Location of the building is great 10/10 points, just around 200 metres from E1 MTR Mongkok (or Langham shopping mall) and 100 metres from A21 (Airport bus) bus stop. Overall, I have positive feelings staying here and I would choose here again when I come to Hong Kong next time. (please upgrade the internet speed, this is really necessary for tourists to search information on their trips)
