The stay at David’s was so cozy and it really felt like my home away from home. It was as if I was staying at my own home because of how cozy and homey it made me feel. David is a very hospitable host and always helped us with any inquiry or request we asked him. The neighbors are also very friendly and there’s a lot of good restaurants close by. This stay was very special and close to my heart as it made me fall in love with Montreal, and will definitely be going there again in the future. Just perfect!

Notre séjour chez David fut excellent ! Hôte serviable et toujours prêt à aider, le logement, propre et fonctionnel, séduit par une décoration empreinte d'amour, créant une atmosphère parfaite pour des voyages prolongés. Environ 10 minutes du métro Vendôme, gare de trains, l'emplacement idéal dessert la ligne orange vers le centre-ville, facilitant l'accès à la ligne verte via Lionel Groulx. La ligne bleue est à deux stations, centralisant le logement parmi toutes les lignes de métro. Le quartier, résidentiel mais proche de la ville grâce aux transports en commun, offre une atmosphère paisible. Électronique fonctionnelle, meubles de qualité choisis avec soin pour les locataires. Le mariage du bois et de la décoration originale crée une ambiance chaleureuse, donnant rapidement le sentiment d'être chez soi. Un séjour charmant que nous envisageons joyeusement de réitérer 🙂

David's place is very organic, it doesn't feel like it was created by a large corporation. Everything seems to be thoughtful and has a sense of design. It was bigger than we expected. It is a short walk to the metro and once you walk a few blocks there are quite a few places to eat and drink. Although the block it is on is fairly quiet and the neighbors are very friendly. Pay attention to the parking signs and you'll be fine.

This was a great place to tour Montreal , Quebec and Ontario and have a Homebase for a month. The place is very well equipped for family style cooking. David was very responsive. He also went all the way to install an AC in one of the rooms. We will do this again if David agrees ! Best value for money.

David was very kind, the apartment was great, comfortable and very easy to get to the subway. I would definitely stay again. Near the apartment there are many things to do, restaurants and parks, it is a great option🫶🏼♥️
