Vinaya place was very cozy and inviting, with lush colourful gardens. The best part about the property is that it is just 2 mins walking from the beach. You could see the ocean and hear it from the balcony! The place was clean, with fresh linen. The bathroom fixtures were a little old and leaky and the cobwebs needed to be cleaned, but apart from that everything was amazing. Vinaya and her husband are very sweet, friendly, and always responsive. She also treated us to delicious home cooked breakfast on the last day. Definitely will go back again!

We stayed at Vinaya's property in Yermal Thenka which is nestled in a quiet and a peaceful setting. The host-Vinaya, is very helpful and cordial. She and her husband made our stay memorable. Now about the property - it is situated just 200 m from the beach which makes it extremely convenient to visit the beach as many number of times. The entire 1st floor is available for one's stay. The rooms are spacious and neat. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, gas stove and utensils for those who wish to cook, groceries can be purchased on-site via a local App. Else canteens, hotels deliver food as well. Autos are available to visit Udupi Krishna temple, Anantheshwara, Pajakakshetra, Durgaparameshwari, Uchila, Janardhana temple, Brahmasthana, Padbidri temple, Malpe, st. marie's island and many other places. If elders are traveling with you, opt for cottages by the same host which are on the ground level. Highly recommend this property.

Vinaya is a nice, friendly, superb host. She always remain ready to help and proactive to support the guests at her best. It's like a home living feeling at her property. Me and my wife have had a wonderful time altogether to spend at her place. Both me and my wife wish her a great success ahead with her future endeavours. Last but not the least I highly recommend her place to stay as it's quite reachable, calm and peaceful place to stay.

It was a very comfortable stable, exactly as described by the host. The AC was working awesome and the kitchen was fully functional.
