Excellent return visit (had stayed during the prior summer) - highly recommend as plenty of space for 2-4 people - and do have a meal downstairs!!

I booked this place for my mother to stay, near our house. She'd stayed there before. The flat is much larger than we initially expected and is well equipped and well furnished. My mother said the bed is very comfortable. The host had stocked the fridge and there is a coffee maker. The bathroom is very large and well equipped with fluffy towels, full-sized bottles and a hair dryer. It is definitely a place most people would feel comfortable staying in for several days or more.

The accommodation was as described, it was comfortable, clean and warm after we switched on the radiators. Could do with a bit more crockery, however that didn’t mar our stay. Downside was the WiFi, very difficult to sustain. Would definitely recommend this apartment to others. Fantastic food and service in the Red Lion restaurant downstairs .

Clean, spacious and comfortable accommodation above a lovely gastropub. Friendly, helpful owner. Perfect choice for a short relaxing stay whilst we were attending a wedding in the locality.
