Francesco’s flat was so lovely and cozy. The place was even better than the pictures. It’s close to a lot of the shops and restaurants. You will be doing a lot of walking specifically uphill walking so be prepared. I definitely would recommend and hope we can visit again soon!

Very good place to stay in Cagliari! I appreciated the office space and fast WiFi which I ended up using for an unexpected video interview and it worked seamlessly. Lots of character in the historic building but kitchen, bathroom, etc. are all nicely updated. A couple of minor complaints: the amenities listed coffee and there was none in the kitchen, also there was no shower gel/soap and the bottle of shampoo was nearly empty so I had to supply my own. Bed was very comfortable, but you can hear neighbors walking in apartment above (using a white noise app overnight solved this for me). I understand now about where to find the free parking nearby, but as someone who is visiting new to Cagliari and being unfamiliar with the rules and narrow roads, it was quite stressful to get used to it when I arrived. Overall a great option for where to stay though - location is perfect in the old town of Cagliari and Francesco was a kind, responsive host.

We had a great time in Cagliari and at Francesco‘s place. It’s located perfectly and we highly recommend both visiting Cagliari and staying here.
