Kitchen needs more utensils like different size places and bowls, cooking pots. Cleaning wipes or paper towels and coasters to keep hot vessels.

Good spacious place. However, as per previous reviews a couple of extra bathrooms would have been useful. Some of the furniture needs attention as arm rests and legs on the sofas need adjusting as they are wobbly. Bar stool seats are also wobbly. This didn’t impact our stay but it does need to be fixed. No access to the garage as it’s locked. The microwave didn’t work but we didn’t find out until our last night. The dishwasher worked but had issues with the tablet dissolving. The hosts replied quickly when advised of this but it was our last night so we were ok with them fixing later. A clothes airer would be good too. Place was very clean and tidy. Lovely view of the lake with swans. Pictures are accurate. Lots of food options around. Location suited us. We enjoyed our stay.

The house is in a quiet residential area with a good view from the lake at the back. (Therefore no walkway along the lake for a morning walk) We had 13 registered guests for 3 nights and were not feeling comfortable with: (1) PARKING: Not allow to use the double garage at the premises. Only 2 cars to park on the driveway. Other cars have to park on the street. (2) TOILETS & BATHROOMS: Only 3 sets of toilet+bathroom: * one in the ground floor is ok for 1 bedroom and kitchen & TV area, * but only 2 upstairs: there is 1 ensuite in room 6, so 9 guests in the other 4 rooms (2+3+4+5) had to share one toilet and bathroom if they didn't want to use the ensuite in room 6 or go downstairs. Moreover, no latch on the doors of the toilet and bathroom upstairs (3) CHECK IN TIME: the host should consider standard check in time at 2pm (instead of 4pm) with a possible earlier check in at 12pm if cleaning is completed without any additional charge). (4) CHECK OUT TIME by 10am. If not +$70 p.h.

Really awesome scenic view of the beautiful Sanctuary Lake that’s lovely with the swan, ducks, seagulls and other animals. Great accommodation that’s clean and touch of arts everywhere. Secure and safe suburbs that is a short drive/ride to various train station like laverton and aircraft station. Near to few big malls. Really enjoyed ourselves in this lovely place.
