We were in Fairbanks for a 5 day convention and Nicks place was perfect. Both beds were very comfortable, and i LOVED the chair in the upstairs living room. If you have kiddos there's a separate living room downstairs with a big TV, couch and packman game. The view of the Chena river right outside was great! We got to hear and see the ducks and other migratory birds flying by and swimming in the river, their morning songs and honks were amazing! One night we sat on the deck, and marveled as the northern lights dance above us! Green, purple, pink,,,!!! GOD IS AMAZING!!! The walk to down town was super easy. We were very comfortable and felt very safe. Looking forward to going back. Thank you Nick.

I can't say enough good things about this place. It has a great floorplan, very well laid out 2 bedroom, 1 bath. The kitchen is well stocked, no complaints. The bathroom was spotless and the shower is great. Furniture is nice, laundry is great. Parking and the deck are a bonus. I really appreciated that there were no "air fresheners" or other chemical scents in the house. No febreze! 🙏❤️ The apartment and the deck overlook the chena river. I was here during break up, so there were swans, honkers, ducks and beavers on the river. It's a really great central location to get around from. You're close to the box stores and groceries, downtown is right across the bridge, and Phillips field is right there to take you to the west side. Nick was responsive and helpful whenever I needed anything. Everything was well stocked and I did not need to reach out much, (I was here for a month). Consideration: apartment is second story, stairs up are indoor and carpeted, very nice.

We stayed here Easter Weekend and it was wonderful! Our kids LOVED the game room with the Pac-Man arcade and Foosball table. Very centrally located downtown. Because it was still kind of snowing the patio furniture was put away so we didn’t get to spend much time on the deck and didn’t catch any northern lights. The apartment was super clean and spacious, there were signs of wear and tear but overall very clean. We will definitely be back during the summer when the river isn’t frozen.

Location The location is very close to Fairbanks downtown, distance from Airport is just about 20 min drive. Amenities of home Provide all the kitchen utensils, very warm home well equipped with different kind of heater. Hence worried free on cold weather. The living hall furniture and TV set is the modern well latest model . View of the home Every morning can catch up with sunrise with homemake breakfast .
