Jeanne was very responsive and clear with instructions to access the property. We arrived and were able to park outside with no issues, and were greeted by a lovely, clean room. Bathroom was spotless and the shower very nice. Jeanne was always on hand for any questions, was a very respectable host and we had a lovely weekend stay. Highly recommended.

Jeanne’s place was great. It was private and felt very comfortable. She was very responsive and gave such helpful instructions on check in and communication was excellent throughout our stay. The layout of the house is really nice to give guests much privacy. The place is also only a 5 minute walk to the station so easy transport into central London. Would love to stay there again. Thanks for a great stay, Jeanne!

We enjoyed our stay ,this was the second stay here for us. Always clean and tidy and we had everything to hand. Easy access to tube station just at the top of the road . Only one thing that was annoying was a neighbour's dog which they put in the yard and it barked constantly for over an hour !

Jeanne was the perfect host and the place was beautiful. She was flexible with check in times and that really helped because of our schedule. Because she was so organised, the stay was just so easy and restful. 10/10!
