Easy and comfortable beach cottage feeling duplex just two blocks from the beach! Natural light and great breezes — especially with the cottage door! And quiet overhead fans keep the air moving and very pleasant. Two large bedrooms each with King beds was a plus! The front patio area is very comfortable and a great place to start and end the day. Appreciated the W/D and all the beach toys and equipment you could want. Neighborhood was quiet and overall feeling of the real Oceanside!

This was a great place for a family of 4 for the weekend. Wonderful location and everything that you could need was provided. Lots of towels, kitchen accessories, beach gear and toiletries. Would definitely recommend!

Nice clean location that’s truly steps to the beach. Lots of fun amenities like beach gear and bikes included! We had a great time entertaining guests here.

GREAT location and cute area! Very close to the beach and central to everything we visited in Oceanside and Carlsbad.

This is a great place to stay! John obviously put a lot of thought into creating a welcoming and very useful property! There were so many little touches - full compliment of dishes, plenty of towels, a moveable fan, heaters for the bedrooms, games, spices to cook with, and even a bag of ice in the freezer! We would definitely stay again. :)
