We have stayed in many airbnbs all around the globe for years now. I am also a host myself. This place is musty, moldy, smelly and down right dirty and old. I’m highly allergic and sensitive to mold which caused a huge hazardous health concern. The towels were old and dirty and only 2 towels were provided when we specifically paid extra for having 2 additional person stay at that place. The host gouged us for having our kids stay there and required us to pay extra for them. We specifically told him that we are only there to sleep and shower as we have a family reunion down the road the whole week. The showers was not useable, water pressure was very low and shower head was broken. While he replaced it, we had to take showers at our family’s home. The sheets were dirty and the floors had bugs which really traumatized the kids. The coffee maker was left with old grinds, mold and worms. Simply disgusting! He makes excuses for his cleaners but we know that he is doing the sub-par cleaning himself and does not hire anyone professional to do the cleaning. Britt is a small town and everyone knows everyone. He moved us to another property but the place was much smaller and the kids had to sleep in the living room on the pull-out couch. We asked for him to reimbursed us for the inconvenience and at the minimal the price difference of both places and he refused by ignoring our requests. Airbnb should not allow for this host to rent out his properties. I hope future guests will not have to go through this horrible experience like we did.

Everything was great..Eugene is great at hospitality and making everyone feel at home! I would come back here. A great getaway spot from the city. Very peaceful and quiet with a cozy touch to the cottage.
