Stayed for my son's graduation from UGA. It was a good spot. Needs a bigger fridge. You are in the basement and can hear footsteps from upstairs, but I wouldn't say that was an issue at all.

They were great to work with from the very start. They communicated well and were very helpful. The renovation of their basement apartment was really well done. The beds were comfy, they had plenty of linen available and lots of parking. Only small reservation is I did not pay attention to the lack of regular size fridge/stove in the apartment until the day prior to our check in. We were able to accommodate with our own coolers and cooking devices so the stay was lovely.

Like all other reviews, Andrew’s place is definitely clean and comfortable. I would like to make note that there is NOT a kitchen. We went with the intention to cook dinner there and have our UGA children plus our child that flew in from New York over for a family meal. That is not possible. There is a microwave and an outdoor grill and that’s it. We also went in with the expectation to make a cocktail when we arrived after a 4 hour trip on a Game-day weekend. Nope, no ice because there is only a dorm refrigerator. Also, there was significant noise from upstairs with the homeowners living right above you. The place really was nice, just not what we were expecting. A “shared space” was new to us and one we will not do again. This is more like renting a very nice hotel suite in terms of amenities. Maybe it is my fault that I didn’t accurately understand what I was getting when I rented.
