The Loft has become an annual tradition for me and my girlfriends and the first thing I do when planning my trip to Winnipeg is check its availability. The space was as always bright and clean and felt like a magazine spread with its artful curation. The kitchen is beautiful and has anything you might need. The beds and linens are oh so soft and the main living space is perfect for curling up and chatting away the night. The location is prime with restaurants and activities steps away and in such a gorgeous area. Martina is the most gracious and hospitable host! She is ultra responsive and helpful. She greets us like old friends and we feel so cared for. It’s such a special place and I’m already looking forward to next time!

Our second stay at their place. Martina and Bruce were fantastic and helpful as usual. From meeting us to check in to helping make the place more ideal for my brother in a wheelchair it was a fantastic experience. Sorry for forgetting the parking pass in our rental but was returned by my uncle eventually. Thanks again so much guys, you're lovely people. xo

Beautiful space - beautifully decorated; very attentive host with excellent local knowledge and connections; truly above and beyond in every way. Lots of streaming services on tv - comfortable beds, well stocked with extra blankets, etc. Would highly recommend!

Quite simply, this is the best Air BnB we've ever stayed at. No hyperbole, this was the best experience we've had in Canada, in the States, and further abroad. From the very start of the booking process, Martina was fabulous in responding quickly and focused so wonderfully on what we (my daughter, her best friend, and I) specifically were hoping to experience while in Winnipeg. When we pulled up to the building, she was already waving at us and welcoming us so warmly. Upon entering the condo, we were startled at just how stunning the space was...the colors, the art, the furniture, the history of the building and area, and on and on. The pics on this site are lovely, but the in-person experience was so much more. The location of this condo is ideal, in the waterfront area, easily walkable to many places for coffee, tasty food, museums, concerts...it really felt like an ideal location. I could rave on and on about this place; but quite simply, stay here. You will love it!

We stayed while we were booted out of our apartment for construction and Martina was so accommodating and easy to communicate with. She let us check in early and even tried to help us get a different airbnb because hers was booked up Friday. The apartment is beautiful and really quiet and comfy. You can easily walk to lots of restaurants and activities. We would be happy to stay at this place again!
