My stay here was amazing! It was within walking distance of downtown where I spent most of my trip, and was nice to have a short walk “home”. Matt and Ashley were extremely accommodating and responsive and I hope to stay here again next time I visit beautiful Wilmington!

Great location and comfortable practical space with nice touches. Full kitchen, nice patio space and parking pass included. No dedicated parking but adjacent side street had available parking, even during the azalea festival. Full kitchen, beds and overall space are other highlights. Restaurant , shops, walking , waterfront all within a few blocks. Great way to appearance Wilmington riverfront. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

The pictures on the listing are a few years old; the deck boards are all rotted (this is unsafe for a second-story deck), and the furniture is worn. There was no dishwasher soap or pods; there was dish soap, but a dishwasher was advertised. I didn't plan on handwashing items the weekend of a family member's wedding, including the glasses that were already dirty prior to our use. The air filter in the hallway and fan in the bathroom above the shower haven't been cleaned in about two years (there was dust all over and large pieces hanging). Some of the pillows were stained and multiple doorknobs were broken. The downstairs neighbors were yelling a lot. The listing also states that the host covers the service fee; however, I was charged for this fee. I looked at the most recent reviews (the ones when I booked were fine) and decided to go directly through Airbnb, as the host bullied some of the previous guests. The pluses are the great location and dogs are allowed.
