Está super cómodo, aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones, lugares locales llevan comida a domicilio hasta tarde. Marcia siempre contestó mensajes y se mantuvo pendiente de las necesidades

Great location and cute home. Within a few minutes of arrival, Claudia came over. She notified us that there had been a power surge and two of the bedroom a/c were broken. She did offer to hire someone to come out as an emergency fix. Fortunately we didn’t need all of the rooms, so it was ok. Two of the three showers had barely a trinkle coming out. It would be impossible to rinse shampoo out of your hair! Fortunately, one shower had good pressure but unfortunately that bathroom lightbulb was out. Two of the three toilets did not reliably flush, seemed like the same pressure issue as the showers. Notified Marcia and she said she could send someone but it would be after 11pm before them came. Again, fortunately we didn’t have a large group, so we got by just fine. Had we come with others, it would have not been a pleasant stay at all! I feel confident that they will get these issues solved for future guests! It’s a good location and was clean!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this house. The pool in the complex was situated in a beautiful green space and was clean and had deck chairs for lounging. With a car, it was easy to get around and into the town of Puerto Morelos to enjoy the beach.

La casa amplia, bonita, muy segura, el fraccionamiento muy tranquilo. Marcia fue muy buena anfitriona, contestaba a la brevedad los mensajes y fue muy cordial y amable.
