We stayed for 3 nights at Luis's place and there are only positive feelings. We had a relatively late flight in so we arrived almost at 23:30 at the house, he was there and even got down stairs to welcome us. The communication was more than fast and helpful, by the time we booked and on it felt safe. The house has even a loudry machine and each room (2 in total) has its private bathroom. The area is safe, modern and it is right in the middle of the most interesting spots to visit in Lima. A central road is only 3 blocks away and you can get buses towards the city centre or towards the beach. Don't worry if you visit Lima for first time because Luis will give nice guidelines to follow. Would definitely recommend!
