Hello Everyone, I am happy to welcome you to my attractive flat in Mecidiyekoy, right in the heart of the World City, ISTANBUL. I live in Ali Samiyen Street which is very close to all the major sights of Istanbul, wonderful shopping, transport facilites,underground connections , buses and metrobuses . The places of interest for sight seeing and shopping are within a walking distance or a short bus or tube ride: Taksim Square , Istiklal Street , Bosphourus , Old City , Blue Mosque are a short bus/metro ride away. You will be spoilt for choice for your shopping, eating out and sights to see. You can also enjoy the entertainment at Taksim and the night life of Istanbul , with bus services running throughout the night which bring you to "Your Home for Your Stay" and, of course, taxis are always there. You have private use of the large immaculate bedroom with TV, DVD player, radio, alarm clock, hair-dryer, heated rollers and tongs. Should you forget to pack any of your own toiletries when you leave home, do not hesitate to ask me and they will be provided. Freshly laundered towels and bathrobes are in the bedroom. The smart, comfortable lounge, kitchen (all modern gadgets including wash/dry machine), shower room (large shower), garden and office (wireless internet connection - WiFi, printer&fax) are there for you to use - you will definitely feel at home and at ease in your surroundings! If you want to relax for an hour or so after a long day sight-seeing, there is a wide range of CDs and DVDs, or just watch the TV in the lounge. If you like your privacy that will be respected, but please feel at ease to join me in the lounge of an evening if you wish. The kitchen is at your disposal, make your favourite drink or cook your dinner. If you are tired one evening I would be happy to have you join me for dinner - it would be my pleasure. The fridge will be supplied with all requirements for breakfast: if you do not have time to eat before rushing off to see Istanbul and all that it has to offer, I would be more than pleased to provide a sandwich etc to eat on the way. Please feel at home and come and go as you wish (a key will be given to you on arrival), there are no time restrictions with wake-up time or when you come back after an evening out. Also there will be no problem with early morning arrival into Istanbul or late departure flight times, just let me know your flight details! Should you choose to be my guest, I will do my best to make your experience of Istanbul a memory not to be forgotten! If your numbers are more than 2 or 3, please email me through Airbnb to discuss this as it is possible to accommodate 4 people.
