Robin is an amazing and professional host. Mini was cute and despite its small size it covered all what you need literally. Super comfy bed, all kitchen equipments, washing machine, AC and beautiful garden with amazing bird sounds in the morning. Car parking was right at the doors which made super easy to load n unload things into and out from the car. Area is super cool too. Absolutely loved the place. Thank you very much for everything. Will definitely return again.

The Mini is a great place to stay as a solo traveler. Having a neat kitchen with appliances and bathroom with washer/dryer combo machine was super convenient, not to mention the parking space right in front of the unit which made moving things to and fro the car very easy. Robin is an amazing host who was always responsive and proactive. She bought an air purifier for the unit after an episode of the carbon monoxide detector suddenly going off when I wasn’t even cooking. It ended up being just a battery issue with the detector but it goes to show how well Robin manages the place.

Robin is a very friendly and accommodating host, communication was really easy! The studio was comfortable and I loved that there was a washer/dryer.

What a fantastic little gem in the heart of one of Los Angeles' last true authentic neighbourhoods! Robin's place is a cosy, peaceful space on a quiet street in the hills of East LA. If you've got a car, jumping on the 2 and then to the 5 could not be easier and more convenient, and is your ticket in minutes to being in silver lake, DTLA, Hollywood, Los Feliz - you name it! I say this to everyone visiting LA - you should have access to a car. This is not specific to Robin's listing, but just in general - you will not be able to enjoy LA in the same way without one. The space has everything you need for a longer stay, and quality appliances throughout. The outdoor space is AMAZING with fantastic views - I made it my dream office as often as possible! Locally, there are some fantastic gems - wife and the somm and habitat coffee to name just two - there's even a great little dive bar 2 minutes walk away (verdugo bar). Bottom line: if you're planning to come to LA, stay here!
